Michelle Lucero has the best job in town as Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Flashmob Officer for Children’s Hospital Colorado. Before joining Children’s, she held pretty rad jobs with Centura Health, City of Denver, US West, and Denver Health.

Michelle believes it’s an obligation to give back. She’s been blessed with service on amazing boards including Boettcher Foundation, Vectra Bank Advisory Board, and Denver Art Museum’s Marketing/Strategic Alliance Committee. Michelle is co-chair of US Senators Bennet and Hickenlooper’s US District Court Judicial Advisory Committee, and past Chair for Metropolitan State University of Denver Trustees. Michelle is an Independent Board Director for COPIC Companies.

She keynotes on leadership, organizational culture, and women’s empowerment to groups including Denver Art Museum, Denver Scholarship Foundation, Vectra Bank, MSUD, CWCC, and Colorado Hispanic Bar Association. By invitation from the US Embassy (Papua New Guinea), Michelle addressed the 2017 and 2016 PNG Women’s Forums.
