Julie Holunga is a leadership trainer and coach developing professionals to lead with authority and influence, with an expertise in the careers of female leaders. Her focus is in the professional services industries, honing skills leaders didn’t previously learn in school. Julie is one of 30 Master Trainers in the world with the Assessment Profile Tool, Emergenetics®.
Before starting her own practice, Julie worked at Harvard Business School on an initiative examining the careers of female alumni. She partnered with leaders at Wall Street firms to advance and retain women into positions of leadership. At The Center for Corporate Citizenship at Boston College, Julie worked with Fortune 500 corporations to develop and implement corporate citizenship initiatives. She started her career working at Harvard University in the Capital Gifts group, assisting high-net worth alumni impact change.
Julie received her degree in French Literature at Union College, and her MBA from Boston College. She spent seven of her formative years living in France, India, and Hong Kong. Julie and her family moved from Boston to Calgary, Canada and are now settled in Denver. In her spare time, Julie skis and hikes with her dog in the foothills of Denver and can be found most weekends at a hockey rink watching her kids play. She recently starting mountain biking, which she wished she had started 20 years earlier.
