2020 - Salon
MAY is Mental Health Awareness Month.
With all the uncertainty and anxiety surrounding the COVID-19 Pandemic we feel it is more important than ever to hold this salon on SELF-CARE.
Due to COVID-19, many conferences and large gatherings have been canceled or rescheduled to ensure the health and safety of all involved. We are taking our cue from TED New York in not having an in-person gathering.

Therefore, we have decided to hold this event virtually and because of the strain this pandemic has put on families and communities we will not be charging admission to this online event.

WHEN: May 17, 2020
11am – 1pm

Online Video Conference

This event is free of charge.  Please click the button to RSVP to attend this event.  You will receive the necessary information to attend via video conference.

Is Self-Care an Idea Worth Spreading – A TEDxCherryCreekSalon
TEDxCherryCreek is proud to present our next TEDxSalon. In this Salon we will explore TED talks around topic of Self-Care.
In 2019 the majority of applications we received for our events were surrounding the topic of Self-Care, but what does this mean from the TED(x) perspective?

We will have a panel of former TEDx Speakers whose topics were around Self-Care.  We will also have a workshop component for attendees to participate.

What is a Salon Event?

TEDxCherryCreekSalon events are smaller, more intimate and informative TEDx events intended for smaller groups to spark more productive discussions. These Salons will be centered around a single topic to keep the TEDxCherryCreek community engaged between our regular events.

Come join our TEDx Community for an evening of exploration around Self-Care and what makes an “Idea Worth Spreading” in this topic.
